This policy covers the privacy policy for YMO LLC (“YMO”, “Yours, Mine & Ours”, “Ours”). We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your Personal Information. If you do not want us to handle your Personal Information in this manner, please do not use the YMO platform.   • Legal documents germane to your engagement, marriage, relationship or breakup, including but not limited to prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, parenting agreements, and tax and financial documents;
  • Any other information that may assist us in helping you to navigate your relationship challenges; and
  • Billing information, such as, credit or debit card number, expiration date & security code and/or information regarding your PayPal, Google Wallet or other digital payment accounts, as applicable.

Information We Collect Through Technology.

6. How You Can Access Your Information. If you have an online account with us, you have the ability to review and update your personal information online by logging into your account. You can also review and update your personal information by contacting us.

7. Deactivation of Account. You can choose to have your account disabled by contacting us. After you deactivate your account, you will not be able to sign in to our website or access any of your personal information. However, you can open a new account at any time. If you deactivate your account, we may still retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes and record-keeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, enforce our terms and conditions, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our website or our users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law.
